Public Notice.

On June 23, 2022, the Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara (HASBARCO) approved the Palm Communities project name Polo Village for 35 Project-Based Voucher units for families, those at-risk of homelessness and the homeless as well as 13 Project-Based Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Vouchers (PBV-VASH). This project is New Construction and located within the City of Buellton and is in response to the April 2022 HASBARCO RFP. This award is contingent upon the owner's continued compliance with all applicable HUD requirements.
