Project Description:
The project consists of the repairs, energy upgrades, and accessibility upgrades to the existing 112 dwelling units including the common areas and the exterior project site. Work includes: replacing doors & hardware, removing & installing new flooring, painting, providing new cabinets and countertops, providing accessible upgrades to existing units (mobility/hearing/visual) &  installing high-efficiency gas water heaters, energy star appliances, and LED fixtures. The units include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom units.

 Additional project upgrades include: painting the exterior (17) buildings; (14) two-story garden style residential buildings, two (2) single story laundry/maintenance buildings, and one (1) single story community building, providing new building signage, replacing concrete flatwork, repairing irrigation system, remove & replace exterior stairs and stair railing, replace carports (at accessible carport parking locations), replace utility shed roofs, install new smoking shelter, install fire sprinklers & upgrade the fire alarm system.
